1. Definitions

  • You, your, user: Any person using our website or services

  • Subscription Services: Curated and personalized gifting services delivered periodically

  • Odeliver.net: Our third-party courier partner for deliveries in Trinidad & Tobago

2. Use of Services

​

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • All content provided (text, images, design) is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., hacking, reverse-engineering, violating copyrights).

 

3. Account & Registration

​

  • You may be required to register and provide accurate, current contact and billing information.

  • You are responsible for securing your account and password.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

 

4. Subscription & Payment

​

  • Subscriptions offer gift curation and delivery on monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

  • Payment is made in advance and automatically renews on your billing cycle unless canceled before the next billing date.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing; changes will be communicated 30 days prior to renewal.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds on processed subscription payments; cancellation stops the next renewal.

  • No partial refunds for unused days within the billing cycle.

  • Customized or personalized gifts are non-refundable once processed, unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Damage/defect claims must be submitted within 72 hours, including photos.

 

6. Shipping

  • We use Odeliver.net for all deliveries across Trinidad & Tobago.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Trinidad: 5-7 business days

    • Tobago: 7-10 business days

    • Same-day delivery may be available in selected areas

  • According to Odeliver.net terms, shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of cancellation, refusal, or non-compliance.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to your error, redelivery fees may apply.

7. Returns & Replacements

​

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours after the item was delivered via email or WhatsApp.

  • Replacement items are provided at no cost; return of the original will be required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse claims made after the time limit or without sufficient documentation.

8. User Responsibilities

​

  • Provide accurate delivery information and be available during delivery windows.

  • Return faulty items if requested and maintain them in original condition until return.

  • Notify us immediately of changes to your subscriptions or preferences.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total subscription or order value.

  • We are not liable for lost profits, indirect or punitive damages.

  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the website.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, legal restrictions).

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which complies with Trinidad & Tobago’s legislation. Personal data is protected, stored securely, and processed only for stated purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Port of Spain, under local arbitration rules.
