📦 Delivery Partner

We use Odeliver.net as our trusted courier to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Trinidad: 1–3 business days
Tobago: 2–5 business days
Same-Day Delivery (Trinidad only): Available for orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Fri)

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

💲 Shipping Rates

Trinidad: From $25 TTD
Tobago: From $35 TTD
Same-Day Delivery: Starting at $40 TTD (location-dependent)
Free Delivery: On orders over $350 TTD

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

🛒 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7 days of order confirmation and payment.
Personalized or custom items may take extra business days to prepare based on the requirement.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

🔎 Order Tracking

Track your package through Odeliver.net using the tracking link we send after dispatch. For help, contact us anytime.

📦 Missed or Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A fee may apply.
